The Nomad Fire inbox in Neuramerce with all channels, folders and teams; customer details made unreadable
The problem

Nobody buys a kamado without questions.

Which size suits my family? Will the plancha fit on my table? When will it arrive? Nomad Fire customers ask these questions in the website chat, by email, or on WhatsApp and Instagram. Each channel used to land in a different app.

The result: the same customer got helped twice, or not at all. And whoever replied couldn't see that the customer had already placed an order last week.

You don't want to ask what the customer already told you.

How it is set up

Every channel, one customer record.

Every channel in one list

Email, the chat on nomadfire.shop, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger come together in one inbox. Phone calls can be added too.

Orders next to the conversation

Each conversation shows what the customer bought and what they are worth so far. No second screen needed.

Notes for the team

Agreements and details go into an internal note. The next colleague sees them straight away.

Copilot with its own knowledge

The copilot suggests replies based on Nomad Fire's own knowledge base: sizes, maintenance, warranty.

Chat that knows the stock

The chatbot on the site knows whether a product is in stock, even outside office hours.

Email in the customer's language

Order confirmation, shipping email and invoice go out in Dutch, English or German, depending on where the customer ordered.

Why this way

Context matters more than speed.

A quick answer that is wrong costs more than one that arrives an hour later. That is why each conversation shows what the customer bought and asked before. Someone asking whether a rain cover fits their kamado gets an answer about their own model, not about every model at once.

In the BBQ world a purchase often runs through several channels. A customer asks a question in the chat in the evening, sends a photo via WhatsApp the next day and calls after delivery. When those channels live in separate apps, every conversation starts over. In one inbox it is one continuous story.

Because Nomad Fire shares a team with other brands, conversations are split into teams per brand. That way nobody accidentally replies on behalf of the wrong brand, and everyone only sees what belongs to their shop.

One customer, one story, whichever channel they choose.
