1. Who we are
Forint Alkotás Kft. (trading as Neuramerce), Tázerdő Dülő 91, 2750 Nagykőrös, Hungary — Tax no. 32673258-2-13, EU VAT HU32673258, Company no. 13-09-236875 — is the data controller for account data and the processor for the shop data you put into the platform. 2. What data we process
- Account data — name, email, company details, billing details.
- Shop data — orders, products, stock, customer messages and reviews that you connect. You decide which sources.
- Usage data — which modules you use and error reports, to improve the product.
We collect nothing beyond what the platform needs to work. No advertising tracking in the portal.
3. What we use it for
Performance of the agreement (running the platform), billing, support and — anonymised and aggregated — product improvement. Never for resale, never for advertising profiles.
4. Neura AI & your data
Neura AI works exclusively with the data in your own workspace. Your shop data isn't used to train models that serve other customers, and doesn't leave the EU infrastructure.
5. Sharing with third parties
Only with sub-processors needed to deliver the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), all under a processing agreement and within the EEA where possible. The current sub-processor list is in your portal under Settings → Privacy.
6. Retention periods
Account data: as long as your account exists + 30 days. Shop data: deleted within 30 days of cancellation, export on request. Billing data: 7 years (statutory retention).
7. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, data portability, objection — email privacy@neuramerce.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (NL) or the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (HU).
8. Security
- Hosting in EU data centres (Amsterdam, Frankfurt), encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
- Mandatory two-factor authentication for team members with admin rights.
- Role-based access within your workspace; an audit log of sensitive actions.
- An annual external penetration test; a summary of the results is available via security@neuramerce.com.

9. Data processing agreement (DPA)
For every paid workspace we enter into a standard data processing agreement — you accept it digitally when creating your account and can download it at any time via Settings → Privacy. Need a custom DPA (enterprise)? Email privacy@neuramerce.com.
