Omnisend alternative: email without a shop integration

Omnisend is built for webshops, with ready-made workflows for email, SMS and push notifications. Neuramerce does email inside the platform your shop runs on: products, orders and revenue without an integration, and no price per contact.

Email marketing included in every Neuramerce subscription

TL;DR: who is it for?

Choose

if your shop stays on Shopify or WooCommerce, you want to use SMS and push notifications alongside email, or you need browse abandonment. Omnisend has ready-made workflows for that.

Choose

if your webshop runs on Neuramerce or will, and you want to send your newsletter, welcome sequence, cart emails and order sequences from the same catalogue and orders. No shop integration that can fall out of sync, no price per contact.

The full comparison

Omnisend compared on what both tools do themselves. Omnisend wins on channels (SMS, push) and the number of ready-made workflows; the difference is where your product data and orders come from.

Neuramerce is still in active development. Need a specific integration or feature? Let us know: many features can be built fairly quickly. Feel free to get in touch.

Why webshops switch from Omnisend

Rarely because Omnisend falls short. Usually because the shop moves to a platform where email is already built in.

No more shop integration

Products, orders and customers don't come from a Shopify or WooCommerce integration but from the same system. Nothing falls out of sync.

No price per contact

With Neuramerce, email marketing is part of the platform price. A growing list doesn't raise the bill.

Order and shipping emails included

Order confirmation, shipping notice and invoice come from the same platform, in Dutch, English and German.

Switch in 4 steps

Your subscribers won't notice a thing. We set up your domain and keep Omnisend running alongside until your whole list is reachable.
  1. Demo and intake

30 minutes. We look at which workflows, segments and channels you use in Omnisend and whether the platform covers them. Honest answer included, also about SMS and push.
  2. Sending domain and warm-up

You set SPF, DKIM and DMARC for a mail subdomain. The domain warms up: 200 emails per day in week 1, then 1,000, 5,000 and 20,000.
  3. Move your list and sequences

You export your contacts as CSV and import them; unsubscribed stays unsubscribed. You set up the welcome, cart and order sequences again.
  4. Go live and cancel

Once the warm-up runs at full speed, the newsletter goes out via Neuramerce and you cancel Omnisend. One environment, one invoice.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions about switching from Omnisend.

For webshops running on Neuramerce, yes: welcome sequence, cart emails, order sequences and newsletters come from the same system as your products and orders. If you want SMS, push notifications or browse abandonment, or your shop stays on Shopify, Omnisend is ahead.
When a customer with a known email address leaves a cart behind, up to three emails go out: after 1 hour, 24 hours and 72 hours. If the customer orders in between, the sequence stops. The timing is fixed.
Yes, as a CSV export. Columns are mapped automatically and anyone who was unsubscribed stays unsubscribed.
Nothing extra: the module is included in every plan, from Starter. There's no price per contact or per email sent.
