Brevo alternative: email that already knows your webshop

Brevo, formerly Sendinblue, combines newsletters, transactional email, SMS and WhatsApp at a low entry price. Neuramerce does email inside the platform your shop runs on: products, orders and revenue without an integration, and you bring your Brevo lists over in one import.

Email marketing included in every Neuramerce subscription

TL;DR: who is it for?

Choose

if you send SMS or WhatsApp campaigns, send a lot of transactional email via an API or want segments that update themselves. Brevo is broader there, and the entry price is low.

Choose

if your webshop runs on Neuramerce or will, and you want to send your newsletter, welcome sequence, cart emails and order sequences from the same catalogue and orders. Your Brevo lists come over as groups, and you can even keep Brevo as a sending channel.

The full comparison

Brevo compared on what both tools do themselves. Brevo wins on channels (SMS, WhatsApp) and transactional email; the difference is where your product data and orders come from. With Neuramerce, the email module is the same system as your shop.

Neuramerce is still in active development. Need a specific integration or feature? Let us know: many features can be built fairly quickly. Feel free to get in touch.

What does your Brevo stack really cost?

Brevo starts cheap, but automations, A/B tests and removing the Brevo logo sit in higher plans or add-ons, and WhatsApp in Professional. Add those, SMS and the integration with your shop, and compare the total with one platform price.

Why webshops switch from Brevo

Rarely because Brevo falls short. Usually because the shop and the email tool remain two systems, and the cheap entry quietly gets more expensive.

Products and orders without a plugin

Product blocks pull price and stock from your own catalogue, and an order sequence starts on every paid order. No plugin or tracking script that can fall out of sync.

No plan trap

With Brevo, full automations and A/B tests sit in Standard and WhatsApp in Professional. With Neuramerce, the whole email module is in every plan.

Revenue per campaign

An order within seven days of a click is credited as revenue to the campaign, from the same system as your orders.

Your lists come along

The Brevo import reads your lists and turns them into Neura groups. Unsubscribed contacts stay unsubscribed.

In Dutch

Admin, support and the standard emails in Dutch, with order and shipping emails also in English and German.

Switch in 4 steps

Your subscribers won't notice a thing. You can even keep sending through your Brevo account while your sending domain warms up with us.
  1. Demo and intake

30 minutes. We look at which lists, automations and channels you use in Brevo and whether the platform covers them. Honest answer included, also about SMS and WhatsApp.
  2. Import your lists

The Brevo import moves your contacts over and turns every list into a group. Anyone unsubscribed or blocked stays that way.
  3. Sending domain and warm-up

You set SPF, DKIM and DMARC for a mail subdomain. The domain warms up: 200 emails per day in week 1, then 1,000, 5,000 and 20,000. Until then a campaign can go out through your Brevo account.
  4. Go live and cancel

Once the warm-up runs at full speed, everything goes via Neuramerce and you cancel Brevo. One environment, one invoice.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions about switching from Brevo.

For webshops running on Neuramerce that mainly send newsletters and automated sequences around their products and orders, yes. If you send SMS or WhatsApp campaigns, or a lot of transactional email via an API from your own software, Brevo remains broader.
Yes. The Brevo import reads your contacts with their lists and turns every list into a group in Neuramerce. Anyone who was unsubscribed stays unsubscribed.
Yes. You connect your Brevo account as a sending channel and choose per campaign or automation whether it goes out via Brevo or via Neuramerce. Handy while your own sending domain is still warming up.
No, the email module only sends email. WhatsApp and SMS are in the Inbox and the phone module, as conversation channels, not as campaigns.
Nothing extra: the module is included in every plan, from Starter. There's no price per contact or per email sent.
