Neura AI/Brain

Talk to your platform
with the AI you already have.

Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent can work directly inside Neuramerce: creating products, writing content, measuring SEO scores, updating translations — through the open MCP protocol, with a key you issue and revoke yourself.

Included in every plan · open standard (Model Context Protocol), no lock-in

What's included

No dashboard required to get things done.

Manage products and content

Create and update products, write blog posts, edit DSL pages — the same actions as in the dashboard, but driven from a conversation.

Measure and improve SEO

Set focus keywords, write meta descriptions, measure the score and revise on the spot — the agent runs the measure-improve-remeasure loop itself.

Keep translations current

Change source text and carry every active language along in the same turn, so no page is left showing a stale translation.

Two key levels

A content key for text and SEO, a full key for everything including settings. Create it, revoke it, choose the rights yourself — in Settings → Integrations.

Every change logged

Every MCP action lands in the same change log as a manual edit, tagged with source 'mcp' — you always see what the AI did and when.

Open standard, no lock-in

MCP (Model Context Protocol) works with any supporting AI client — Claude and ChatGPT today, more later. No proprietary chat window to get stuck in.

The same tools as the dashboard, not a shadow version.

There's no separate 'AI layer' with limited capabilities. MCP talks to exactly the same service layer as the dashboard buttons — what the agent reads and writes is exactly what you see when you log in yourself.

  • Inventory & POS — check stock levels, create purchase orders, manage point-of-sale products, all through the same workspace-scoped data.
  • SEO Manager — pull scores, silos and competitors; the agent proposes, you (or it, with a full key) executes.
  • Website & Store — pages, DSL blocks, menus and now redirects too — a full restructure including 301s can run entirely through a conversation.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Neuramerce via MCP.

Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets an AI assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, or an agent you build yourself — talk directly to an external system: read, write, take action. Neuramerce runs an MCP server, so your platform is one of those systems. Not a Neuramerce-built chatbot, but a door any MCP-capable AI can use.
No, and that difference is the whole point. Neura AI is the copilot that works inside your dashboard, for you. MCP is the door that lets an AI you already use — Claude, ChatGPT — drive your Neuramerce environment. Two sides of the same story: your platform has an AI teammate, and your platform can be driven by the AI you already have open.
You create the key yourself in Settings → Integrations and choose the level: a content key can't touch settings, payments or user management — only text, products and SEO. A full key can do more, so you only issue one when you mean to. Every key can be revoked on its own, and every action that runs through it is logged with source 'mcp' — the same place manual edits show up.
Anything that supports MCP as a client: Claude Desktop and Claude Code from Anthropic, and ChatGPT with MCP connectors from OpenAI. Building your own agent framework? You can connect the Neuramerce MCP server there too — it's an open protocol, not a closed API.
The same things that can go wrong when a staff member makes a mistake — that's exactly why the change log and the two key levels exist. If that still asks for too much trust: a content key plus reading along in the log is a fine starting point. You don't have to hand over everything at once.
No. MCP access is included in every plan. What you do pay for yourself is the AI subscription you connect with — Claude or ChatGPT — the language model's own compute doesn't run through Neuramerce.
