Winner announced on 1 October

You have the product.
We build the webshop.

We are looking for one entrepreneur with a product we believe in. That person gets a complete webshop on Neuramerce from us: built, set up, optimised and maintained for months. You pay nothing. You can enter up to and including 21 September; on 1 October, the day Neuramerce opens, we announce the winner.

What you get

No punch card and no "first month free". This is the whole package, built and maintained by us.

A complete webshop, built by us

A design in your own brand style, every page, your products loaded in, payments and shipping sorted. No theme you still have to hammer into shape yourself.

Domain, hosting and mail paid for and sorted

Your domain name for the first year is on us, and so are your certificate, your hosting and your outgoing mail. If your shop currently runs somewhere else, we move it across including your existing links.

Your data migrated

Products, customers and orders from your current system or spreadsheets come with you. We do that, not you.

A full year of search visibility maintained

Keywords, copy, technical work and speed, with an average of one hour a week of maintenance throughout the year. You see exactly what changes.

Customer contact in one place

Mail, chat, reviews and your customer records in one inbox, so you are not searching through five programs at once.

A full year of the platform

Twelve months of Neuramerce with no subscription fees. After that you decide for yourself whether you stay. Either way, your shop and your data are yours.

Everything your webshop can do

Product management that grows with you

Variants, sizes, colours, bundles, tiered pricing and custom product fields. With EAN management and bills of materials if you need them.

Stock levels that add up

Stock across multiple locations, purchase orders, suppliers and a heads-up before you sell out rather than after.

A checkout customers expect

iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact and pay-later, with shipping rules per country, parcel labels and track and trace.

Inbox, chat and CRM in one

Mail, chat and social alongside that customer's order. Including a chatbot that genuinely knows your stock and your order status.

Reviews that build your sales

Automatic invitations after delivery, moderation, and stars on your product pages and in Google.

Findable in Google and in AI

SEO scores per page, meta management, internal links, sitemaps and a product feed that AI assistants can read too.

Email and campaigns

Newsletters, abandoned baskets and win-back emails, drawing on the same product data as your shop. No exports, no connectors.

Multilingual and ready for Belgium and Germany

Your shop in more languages with its own URLs per language, so you are found just as well across the border.

A till for the shop floor

If you also sell at markets or in a shop, the till runs on the same stock and the same customer record as your webshop.

Example · BBQ & outdoor cooking

Here is what that looks like: Grill Bill

Grill Bill is our own webshop for BBQs and outdoor cooking, and the first to run entirely on Neuramerce. If you want to know roughly what you get: have a look around at grillbill.eu.

What you see there. A multilingual shop with hundreds of products, variants and bundles, reviews with stars in Google, a blog and recipe section that bring customers in, and a checkout with iDEAL, pay-later and parcel labels.

What you do not see there. Stock across multiple locations, purchase orders with suppliers, a shared inbox where mail and chat sit next to the order, and campaigns drawing on the same product data. That is the side where you work as the owner.

And that is exactly what we build for the winner: not a stripped-down version, but the same shop with your products and your brand style.

Twelve separate tools are now one portal. Everything on this shop I tested myself first, before it went to anyone else. Bobby van Wordragen, founder of Grill Bill

What this normally costs

At an agency this would set you back tens of thousands of euros

Having a shop of this calibre built by a Dutch e-commerce agency costs roughly 15,000 to 40,000 euros in design and build at market rates, depending on how much custom work, how many languages and how many integrations are involved.

On top of that comes the first year: migrating your products, customers and orders (1,500 to 4,000 euros), ongoing SEO support (750 to 1,500 euros a month) and maintenance and hosting (150 to 400 euros a month).

And then the separate programs a shop like this normally needs: email marketing, customer contact, reviews, stock, social and shipping. Count on 250 to 500 euros a month in subscriptions that know nothing about each other. Our pricing page has a calculator you can use to work that out for your own stack.

All together, year one quickly lands between 30,000 and 60,000 euros. That is the order of magnitude the winner does not pay. The amounts mentioned are market indications, not a quote.

We are not giving away a discount voucher. We are giving away the whole project, including the year afterwards, when it really starts to run.

How much work we put in

So you know up front where the line is, rather than halfway through.
  • The build

    Until the shop is standing

Design, setup, loading in your products and migrating your data: we see it through. We do not put a timesheet against it: it is finished when it is finished.
  • Twelve months

Search visibility: around one hour a week

After go-live we maintain your shop for a year with an average of one hour a week on keywords, copy and technical work. We decide where that hour pays off most, and you see what we do.
  • Beyond that

Need more? That is possible, at our rate

If you want a large content campaign, extra languages or custom work outside the agreement, we price that up front. Never a surprise afterwards.
  • Support

    Just like any customer

You are in the same support line as our other customers. No separate phone line, but you do get an answer.

Who we are looking for

Four things weigh heavily. The rest is taste.
  • The product

You make or sell something real

A product you can hold or a service with a clear story. Not reselling the same thing as ten other people.
  • The person

    You are the owner yourself

You make the decisions, and you are keen to help build. We do the work, but you know your customers.
  • The agreement

You dare to learn in public

We show what works and what does not, setbacks included. You need to be comfortable with that.
  • The commitment

    You have time for it

Count on a few hours a week: thinking along, supplying material and looking over our shoulder. Without you it becomes our shop, not yours.

How it works

Four steps with fixed dates, so you know where you stand.

  1. Up to and including 21 September: enter

The form below. Take your time over it: the story field weighs more heavily than all the figures put together.

  2. 22 to 28 September: we read everything

Everyone hears back, including those who do not win. We call the strongest entries for a half-hour conversation.

  3. 1 October: the winner is announced

On the day Neuramerce opens we announce who it is, with the reasoning. The winner of course hears personally first.

  4. After that: we build, in public

From first design to first order. Everything we do and what it delivers, we share along the way.

Entry

Tell us about your product

Everything you fill in helps, but what we care about most is your story. Why does this product exist, and what would a webshop that actually works mean to you? You will hear from us, even if you are not the one.

Take your time over this. We do not choose on the prettiest form, but on the best story: a product someone genuinely believes in, and an owner who wants to carry on with it for years to come.

You

Your product

Where are you now?

How do you sell at the moment?

Your story

The case study

We build this webshop in public and turn it into a case study: what we do, what it delivers and what goes wrong. That is what we get in return for the work.

How open may that case study be?

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about this promotion.

You can enter up to and including Sunday 21 September 2026, 23:59. On 1 October 2026, the day Neuramerce opens, we announce the winner. Everyone who has entered hears back by that day at the latest, even if the choice falls on someone else.
Nothing for the build, the setup, migrating your data, your domain name for the first year and twelve months of the platform. There are four items you do keep paying for yourself; those are listed below.
Four things.

1. Your advertising budget. We set up your campaigns at Meta, Google or TikTok and keep them running, but what you spend there you pay yourself. You set the amount and you can stop at any time.

2. Your shipping costs. Whatever your carrier charges for sending out your orders is on you. We do sort out the integration, the shipping rules and the parcel labels.

3. Your telephony and your AI usage. Call minutes and phone numbers are not included. The AI features are ready to go, but usage comes off your own Neura credit, or off your own AI subscription if you work via MCP.

4. Your payment provider and separate licences. The transaction fees per order, and licences for imagery or fonts you want to use yourself.
Yes. We pay for registering one domain name for the first year, along with the certificate, the hosting and your outgoing mail. Renewal after that is on you, and the domain is in your name either way.
Because that is not work but purchasing, and because you need to be able to decide how much you spend and when you stop. We set the campaigns up, keep them running and show what they deliver. The bill from Meta, Google or your carrier is in your name: it belongs to your margin, not to the build.
An average of one hour a week over twelve months, within which we decide where that hour pays off most. If you want more, for example a large content campaign or an extra language, that is possible at our usual rate and we agree the price up front.
The AI features are ready for you, but usage comes off your own Neura credit. If you would rather work from your own Claude or ChatGPT via the MCP integration, you pay for that thinking with your own AI subscription. In short: whoever's model does the work, pays for the work.
A comparable build at an e-commerce agency sits at market rates between 15,000 and 40,000 euros, plus migration, maintenance and separate subscriptions. In the first year you quickly end up at 30,000 to 60,000 euros. Those are market indications; the winner receives the work, not a sum of money.
Openness. We turn the build and the results into a public case study: what we do, what it delivers and what goes wrong. How far that openness goes is something we agree together up front and put in writing.
Yours. Your domain, your copy, your customers and your orders are and remain yours, and you can export them in full at any time. Even if you decide to leave after a year.
Yes. In that case we move your existing shop across, including your products, your customers and your existing links, so your search visibility does not collapse in the switch.
On the product and on the story. We are looking for someone who makes or sells something we get genuinely enthusiastic about, and who wants to carry on with it for years to come. Figures play a part, but they do not decide. There is no draw: this is a jury decision.
No. The prize consists of work we deliver and cannot be exchanged for money or for anything else, and is not transferable to someone else.
We use them to assess your entry and to email you about this promotion and about Neuramerce. We do not sell them on, and you can unsubscribe at any time with one click. See also our privacy statement.
One more time

One product. One webshop. Maybe yours.

It takes you twenty minutes to write down your story. What you can get back for it is a webshop built to last.

Promotion terms and conditions

1. Organiser. This promotion is organised by Neuramerce, part of Forint Alkotás, established in the Netherlands. Questions about the promotion can be asked via the contact page.

2. Duration. You can take part from 26 August 2026 up to and including Sunday 21 September 2026, 23:59. Entries received after that no longer take part.

3. Who may take part. Participation is open to entrepreneurs aged 18 or over with a valid registration at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (or the Belgian equivalent), established in the Netherlands or Belgium. Neuramerce employees and those directly involved are excluded. One entry per business is permitted; if there are several entries, the last one counts.

4. How the choice is made. There is no draw. A Neuramerce jury assesses all entries on the product, the story and how feasible the collaboration is. The result is not open to correspondence. The winner will be informed personally by 1 October 2026 at the latest; all other participants will also hear on or around that date.

5. What the prize does include. Designing, building and setting up one webshop on the Neuramerce platform, migrating existing products, customers and orders, twelve months' use of the platform with no subscription fees, and the registration of one domain name for the first year including certificate, hosting and outgoing mail. In addition, we maintain the shop's search visibility during those twelve months with an average of one hour a week. Within that hour we decide where the work pays off most. Work beyond that is always possible, but at our usual rate and only after a price agreed in advance.

6. What the prize does not include. Advertising budget at Meta, Google, TikTok or other channels: we set campaigns up, but you pay the media budget yourself. Carriers' shipping costs for sending out your orders. Telephony costs, including call minutes and phone numbers. Use of AI features: that comes off your own Neura credit, or off your own AI subscription if you work via MCP. Also the transaction fees of your payment provider, the renewal of your domain name after the first year, and licences for imagery or fonts. The prize cannot be exchanged for money, is not transferable and cannot be swapped.

7. What we expect from the winner. The winner cooperates with a public case study: text, imagery and results may be published by Neuramerce for promotional purposes. Which data and figures are included is agreed together in writing in advance. The winner supplies product information, imagery and copy and is available for consultation. Without that cooperation we cannot deliver the prize and we may designate another winner.

8. Your data. We use the details you fill in to assess your entry, to get in touch with you and, if you give permission for it, to email you about Neuramerce. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click. We do not sell your data on. Entries from participants who are not chosen are kept for a maximum of twelve months. There is more about this in our privacy statement.

9. Amendment and termination. Neuramerce may amend or end this promotion during its term if circumstances require it. We will announce that on this page. No rights can be derived from obvious errors in text, amounts or dates; the market amounts mentioned are indications and not a quote.

10. Liability. Neuramerce is not liable for damage arising from participation in this promotion or from the use of the webshop won, except in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness. We do not guarantee any particular turnover, visitor numbers or search engine positions. Participation in a competition decided by a jury falls outside the Dutch Betting and Gaming Act.

11. Complaints. If there is something you disagree with, let us know via the contact page. Dutch law applies to this promotion.

In short: fair play, a jury decision rather than a draw, and nothing that surprises you afterwards.
