Every plan includes monthly credit. It covers your AI usage and your call minutes — having a customer email answered costs a few cents, as does a minute on the phone. A shop with 500 orders a month that lets Neura handle the inbox lands around €12 a month. That fits comfortably within the Pro credit. Your balance is live in your portal, with a heads-up at 50% and 80%. The credit starts when we open at the end of September.

Then nothing grinds to a halt. You can have it topped up automatically with €25 at a time, up to a maximum you set yourself. Rather not? Then Neura AI falls back to the cheapest model instead of stopping. Whatever you have left at the end of the month carries over for one more month.

Because we buy them per model too. An answer from our standard model costs a few cents; ask a heavy model to think through your advertising strategy and it adds up. What each model costs is in your portal, so you decide what a task is worth to you.

Usually not. Through the MCP connection you work from your own Claude or ChatGPT, and you already pay for that thinking with your own AI subscription — we charge nothing for the connection itself. If you ask something via MCP that puts our AI to work, such as a site translation or a page that writes itself, that does come out of your credit. Exactly as it would if you pressed that same button in the portal. In short: whoever's model does the work pays for the work.

On Starter you can query your shop. Writing, publishing and changing orders is available from Pro.

Digital gift cards by email are free and unlimited, on every plan. If a customer chooses a physical card, we print and send it. Those costs appear as a separate line on your monthly invoice, so they don't come out of your credit. What you charge your own customer for such a card is up to you.

Whenever you want, and in both directions. Move up and we settle pro rata; move down and it takes effect at your next period. No "minimum twelve months".

You pay ten months upfront and get twelve. Stop partway and we settle the months used at the monthly rate and refund the rest. Nothing is forfeited.

Fourteen days, with everything that's in Pro. No credit card needed. If you don't like it, you click away and nothing further happens. Most people want a chat first — that's fine too: just your questions answered, no sales pitch.

Yes, from €29 per month per module. Handy if you really only need one thing. In practice most people notice after a month or two that a bundle works out cheaper, but you don't have to worry about that now.

For the first thirty days you get everything back, no questions asked. After that: tell us what's going wrong. We'll fix it, or we'll let you go with a full export of your data. No exit fees, no complicated fuss.
