Terms & Conditions

Neuramerce offers a SaaS platform providing AI-powered tools for marketing automation, ad management (Meta, Google, TikTok), telephony, e-commerce insights, omnichannel inbox, and related services.

Access to the platform is subscription-based. Features available depend on your chosen plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at hallo@neuramerce.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are associated with fraudulent activity.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely via Mollie or Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be restricted until the outstanding amount is settled. You will be notified by email before any suspension.

Refunds are not provided for partial months. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with third parties outside your organisation
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains malware
• Use the platform to send unsolicited communications (spam)

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All software, designs, content, and trademarks associated with Neuramerce are the property of Daalder Concepts B.V.or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daalder Concepts B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
